Job title	Senior Investment Analyst
Department	Tourism and Culture
Reporting to	Investment Manager

Main purpose of job Principle Responsibility	The main purpose of the job is to Assimilate and understand OIF mission, values, structure and organization and Keep a close watch on the changing economic trends in market and competitive landscape.
	Ø Independently handle complex modelling of investment opportunities (includes multiple scenario analysis, sensitivities, IRR’s, NPV  and other financial metrics) Ø Research (both primary and secondary research) various sectors, write in-depth reports and develop industry contacts Ø Assist in screening investment opportunities along with the investment team Ø Assist the team in writing investment memos Ø Report writing for portfolio companies and other investment opportunities Ø Assist the Investment Team as required in various deal support activities
Person Specification Qualification and experience	Ø Bachelor’s Degree of Finance/Accounting/ or Business Administration Ø 4 years of work experience.
Personal Attributes	Ø Excellent technical skills including analytical and financial modelling skills gained form their work experience. Ø Excellent verbal and written English language skills plus fluency in at least one other major language useful for investment purposes. Ø Ability to adapt easily to live in a different cultural environment. Ø Ability to work in a structured manner in time-critical situations with short deadlines. Ø Ability to multi-task numerous issues simultaneously.
